1. How do I place an order?
Please place an order through our website - craftsnbeyond.com. Items listed are as per our available stocks. Once the item is finished, it will be marked as sold out.
2. How do I pay for my order?
- Cash on Delivery (COD) in AED through our courier partner
- ZBOONI APP - accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay - payment link will be sent through email or WhatsApp with additional 3.5% of the total order
- STRIPE PAY - coming soon with additional charge of 2% of total order and AED 1
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
2-3 working days from the date of order. For urgent deliveries, please contact us.
4. If there is a problem with my order or delay in delivery, what do I do?

5. Taxes
As per new Government Law of United Arab Emirates, Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable at the rate of 5% as of 1st January 2018. From that date, VAT will apply to the majority of transactions of goods and services supplied in the UAE by any person/business required to be registered for VAT.
6. Shipping
We deliver across UAE within 2-3 working days. Courier delivery fee is AED 15 for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and AED 25 for other Emirates.
We will try to have your order dispatched as soon as possible. For urgent deliveries, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

7. Secure Online Payments
Online payment services is currently under Zbooni App. Note that all financial transactions are processed by Zbooni App and Crafts N Beyond does not obtain any sensitive data such as credit card numbers from its customers. After confirming an order on our website, if customer opted for Zbooni app payment, the customer will be sent a secured online payment link via email or WhatsApp.
